Unpaid Internship Position Available Electro is a sports nutrition company that makes functional electrolyte gum. NIL partnerships are central to our growth, and college athletes play a key role in bringing the brand to new teams and campuses. This is an unpaid internship opportunity. The intern will help scale our college athlete outreach by managing athlete communications, tracking interactions in our CRM, and representing the brand with our partner community. You can earn college credit for this internship. Whether your program needs it for a required internship course, elective credit, or graduation credit, we will provide whatever documentation your school asks for. This role is fully remote and flexible around your class schedule. What We Are Looking For Strong written English and communication skills. Interest in sports, NIL, or athlete marketing (preferred). High attention to detail and reliability. Students in sports management, marketing, or communications are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

Represent the brand professionally and positively in every communication. Document athlete outreach in our CRM with clear notes and follow-up dates. Answer common questions and resolve athlete issues using internal guidelines. Recruit new athlete partners and guide them through onboarding. Assist with planning NIL campaigns around key dates in the college sports calendar. Keep the athlete partner database accurate, current, and easy to use. Manage daily follow-ups with athletes to keep partnerships progressing. What You Will Gain Practical experience in NIL, athlete management, and CRM operations.
