POSITION OVERVIEW The Oracle ICM Support Specialist serves as a primary subject matter expert responsible for identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving complex issues within critical enterprise software systems. Working as a "software detective," this role collaborates across functional teams to ensure high availability, optimal system performance, and seamless functional configuration of Oracle Incentive Compensation applications. DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES Analyze, diagnose, and resolve complex system issues within Oracle Sales Cloud Incentive Compensation to maintain continuous business operations. Execute functional configurations, application remediation, and maintenance within the Oracle ERP ecosystem. Perform root cause analysis on recurring system incidents and implement preventive measures and permanent fixes. Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams, IT support groups, and external client stakeholders to streamline support processes. Provide technical mentorship and domain guidance to elevate knowledge standards across the team. Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, incident resolution runbooks, and functional best practices.
