Location: Remote – West Region (Mountain & Pacific) ✈️ Travel: Up to 25% Manage long-haul fiber optic construction projects across the West Region (approximately 12-13 states from Denver to the West Coast). 🕒 Work Hours: 8 AM–5 PM Pacific Time We are seeking an experienced OSP Fiber Construction Project Manager to oversee long-haul fiber optic construction projects, including new builds and fiber overpulls. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage fiber construction projects from planning through completion.
• Oversee vendors, contractors, and field inspectors.
• Coordinate engineering, permitting, inspections, and construction activities.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and quality standards.
• Ensure timely project delivery and compliance with OSP standards.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of relevant experience; 10+ years preferred.
• Strong OSP fiber optic construction experience.
• Knowledge of fiber installation, splicing, trenching, conduit, and directional boring.
• Experience in vendor management, permitting, budgeting, and project delivery.
• OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain.
