About the Opportunity: The PAID SOCIAL STRATEGIST is responsible for managing client accounts from strategy through execution, focusing on both client relationships and campaign performance. This role owns a portfolio of accounts, leads regular client communications, manages Meta advertising campaigns, and serves as the main contact for clients. The position directly impacts client retention and results by ensuring campaigns meet performance goals and client expectations. Responsibilities: Own and manage a portfolio of client accounts Lead bi-weekly client calls discussing performance and strategy Prepare and send performance reports ahead of client meetings Translate campaign data into clear recommendations for clients Build and maintain strong client relationships to support retention Proactively resolve account issues to maintain stability Build, launch, and optimize Meta lead generation campaigns Manage budgets, targeting, bids, creative testing, and campaign variables Monitor daily performance and adjust campaigns based on key metrics Diagnose and improve underperforming campaigns Test audiences, messaging, and creative assets for better results Contribute to ad copy and messaging development Set up and troubleshoot tracking tools including Meta pixels and conversion events Configure integrations and lead-routing workflows Monitor tracking and lead flow to prevent disruptions Requirements: Minimum 4 years of paid media experience with emphasis on Meta advertising Experience managing multiple client accounts and leading client conversations Proven ability to meet campaign performance targets and support client retention Knowledge of conversion tracking, pixels, and marketing automation Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Preferred Experience: Marketing in financial services Lead-generation and appointment-setting campaigns Video sales letter marketing High-ticket or considered-purchase funnels Direct-response advertising Pay Range and Compensation Package: The pay range and compensation package for this role will be determined based on the candidate's experience, skills, and other relevant factors.
