This is a remote position.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paralegal Virtual Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience working as a paralegal, as well as proficiency in using DocuSign. Experience with the Ontario justice system is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with filling out legal forms and documents accurately and efficiently
• Prepare documents for electronic signature using DocuSign
• Conduct legal research and assist with case preparation as needed
• File legal documents in the courthouse or with relevant authorities
• Communicate with clients and other team members as necessary
• Utilize knowledge of the Ontario justice system to provide support and assistance as needed

Requirements:

• Proven experience working as a paralegal
• Experience using DocuSign or similar electronic signature software
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
• Familiarity with the Ontario justice system is a plus
