Part-Time Recruiting Coordinator Company: Zenius Corporation Employment Type: Part-Time, W-2 Schedule: Approximately 10 hours per week Location: Remote HUBZone Residency: Required Position Summary Zenius Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Part-Time Recruiting Coordinator to support daily recruiting operations. The individual will assist with candidate management, interview coordination, job postings, and maintaining accurate recruiting records.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Upload and organize resumes and candidate documentation. Review candidate profiles for missing or incomplete information. Post, update, and close job openings as directed. Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate follow-ups. Maintain recruiting spreadsheets and candidate status trackers. Provide routine recruiting updates and reports.

Qualifications

Previous experience in recruiting coordination, HR, or administrative support. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills. Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
