We're partnering with a growing pediatric home healthcare organization in Colorado that's expanding its team of Physical Therapists (PTs) and Occupational Therapists (OTs). 📍 Locations: Denver, Aurora & Parker, CO 💰 COMPENSATION 🔹 Physical Therapists (PT) $85,000 annual salary OR $65–$70 per completed visit Additional compensation for evaluations 🔹 Occupational Therapists (OT) $90,000 annual salary OR $70–$75 per completed visit Additional compensation for evaluations Part-time opportunities available! 💡 At 27 completed visits per week for 52 weeks, per-visit earnings could reach approximately $98K for PTs and $105K for OTs. You'll coordinate appointments directly with families while providing meaningful, individualized therapy in their homes. 📋 WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR ✔ Active Colorado PT or OT license ✔ Passion for working with children and families ✔ Strong communication and documentation skills ✔ Ability to work independently ✔ Experienced therapists AND new graduates welcome! Full-time salaried positions target 27 completed visits weekly, with a gradual caseload ramp-up during the first 60 days.
