About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Product Analyst to support product development and IT delivery initiatives in an Agile environment. The ideal candidate will have foundational experience in business or product analysis, requirements documentation, user stories, testing support, and collaboration with business and technology teams. This opportunity is well suited for candidates with 1–3 years of relevant experience, including applicable internships and project experience.

Key Responsibilities

Gather, document, and clarify business and technical requirements. Create and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and requirements documentation. Support Agile product development processes and collaborate with product, business, and technology teams. Assist with test case preparation, testing activities, and implementation deliverables. Support deployments, testing events, and post-implementation hypercare activities. Use tools such as Jira, Visio, Microsoft Teams, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to support project and product activities. Communicate with business stakeholders to understand requirements, resolve questions, and support delivery. Maintain organized documentation and contribute to process improvements. Support IT delivery and warehouse operations-related initiatives as needed. Be available for occasional travel, up to 30%. Required Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in Product Analysis, Business Analysis, Agile teams, IT delivery, warehouse operations, or a related field. Relevant internships, academic projects, or equivalent practical experience will be considered. Foundational understanding of Agile methodologies and product development processes. Experience gathering and documenting business or technical requirements. Familiarity with user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and test cases. Working knowledge of Jira, Visio, Microsoft Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, or similar tools. Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, internships, projects, or work experience. Compensation & Engagement Pay Rate: $35/hr on W2 Work Arrangement: Remote Contract Duration: 7+ months Travel: Occasional travel, up to 30%
