About the Role

Our client is seeking a Product Designer to support digital initiatives across responsive web applications and native mobile experiences. The role will focus on account creation services, eCommerce experiences, internal data analysis tools, and annual iOS and Android operating system updates and feature enhancements. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and designers to develop accessible, high-quality user experiences within a regulated environment. This position requires strong UX/UI design skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate design decisions clearly while adapting to changing project priorities.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to define product strategy and near-term priorities. Shape the visual design, look, feel, and interactions of digital products, communicating the overall design vision. Propose and drive new design ideas that contribute to the broader product portfolio. Represent the needs of patients, caregivers, providers, and internal tool users throughout the design process. Design responsive web applications and native iOS and Android experiences with accessibility in mind. Contribute to a constructive design culture and remain open to feedback. Work within Agile product teams and adapt to evolving priorities. Deliver design projects on schedule while maintaining quality and attention to detail.

Required Qualifications

Experience in UX/UI design for responsive web applications. A strong portfolio demonstrating thoughtful design execution, accessibility, and attention to detail. Proficiency in Figma and experience with design systems. Familiarity with Material Design and Apple's iOS Human Interface Guidelines. Ability to communicate complex design concepts and explain design decisions clearly. Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in Agile environments. Willingness and ability to work on a W-2 basis.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience designing native iOS and Android applications. Experience working in regulated industries, preferably healthcare or medical devices. Exposure to user research methods. Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools. Salary & Benefits The hourly pay rate for this position is $50.00–$54.00 on a W-2 basis. W-2 consultants are eligible for a benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) plan with company matching, and life insurance. Location and Work Arrangement This is a remote position.
