About the Role

Hussh is seeking a founding Product Manager to lead consumer product definition across iMoney and Private Agent One. This full-time role will focus on translating customer needs into clear product requirements, defining user experiences, and ensuring product decisions meet a high standard for simplicity, usability, and adoption. You will work closely with the CEO and founding engineering team to establish product direction, clarify requirements, and maintain a consistent product vision. As one of the company's first product managers, you will help establish the product culture and review practices that will continue as the organization grows.

Key Responsibilities

Own the product definition for iMoney ahead of its planned December 27, 2026 launch, including customer needs, screens, family investing experiences, approval workflows, and edge cases. Define the family investing experience for parents and adults helping family members and friends learn to invest, including access to registered advisors and CFPs from the company's network within the app. Establish the product requirements and approval processes that ensure users remain in control of agent-driven financial actions. Develop the initial product thesis for Private Agent One, clearly defining its target users, the problems it solves, and the value it delivers. Lead regular product reviews that drive meaningful decisions about product scope, priorities, and design. Maintain a strong focus on simplicity by prioritizing essential features and ensuring each element delivers clear value. Connect roadmap decisions to specific customer needs and jobs to be done. Build a product learning process that uses real-user feedback, retention, and referrals to guide product decisions. Work with founding engineers to provide clear, unambiguous requirements, resolve scope disagreements, and support faster product development. Create product documentation that communicates the product vision and requirements clearly across the company. Challenge product proposals and priorities when needed, using customer needs and product quality to guide decisions. Success Measures Within the first six months, iMoney is expected to be ready for its planned December 27 launch with clearly defined requirements and a product experience designed to encourage continued use and referrals. Private Agent One should have a documented product thesis, an active learning process involving real users, and evidence from user feedback informing the roadmap. Founding engineers should be able to deliver more efficiently through clear product definitions and fewer unresolved scope questions. Product documentation should establish a consistent understanding of the company's product direction across teams.

Required Qualifications

Experience defining and shipping a consumer product that people actively use. A track record of combining strong product craft with measurable user adoption. A deep understanding of the jobs-to-be-done approach, with the ability to identify customer needs rather than simply create feature lists. Ability to communicate product direction clearly and write concise product definitions that teams can understand and apply. Confidence in challenging founders and other stakeholders, defending product decisions with clear reasoning and evidence. Ability to maintain simplicity and prioritize the most important product improvements under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in fintech, brokerage, investing products, advisor tools, or family finance. Experience developing AI agent products, including approval workflows, trust-focused user experiences, and human-in-the-loop design. Experience balancing consumer product usability with enterprise considerations. Ability to collaborate with a separate founding Enterprise Product Manager on shared product direction. Location and Work Arrangement Location: Chicago, Illinois. Work arrangement: Remote. Employment type: Full-time. Salary and Compensation Base salary: $160,000–$210,000. Target annual bonus: 10–20%. Founding equity grant with a four-year vesting schedule. Founding titles are permanent and reflect the role rather than a level within a career ladder.
