Duration: 01 Month Job DescriptionSeeking an experienced and motivated Staff Software Engineer with expertise in ABAP on the SAP Payroll platform. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in optimizing and streamlining our payroll processes. This will involve effectively providing on-going support for Employee Central Payroll extensions and integrations using SAP ABAP, Schemas, CPI, and other technologies. The program is currently in its Hypercare phase and is triaging various issues. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to software engineering support in the areas of software development, application integration, application troubleshooting, scripting and SaaS application configuration. This role works a 4x10 schedule (every Friday off) and is scoped for full time telecommuting (Remote). Skills Required:ABAP requires 4 Years of experience SAP SuccessFactors ECP requires 5 Years of experience SAP CPI requires 4 years of experience Basic Qualifications: Substantial experience in SAP ABAP development, testing, and troubleshooting Experience in building integrations in the SAP CPI platform, including Groovy scripting Strong background in SAP Payroll (on-premises and or Employee Central Payroll) Well-rounded knowledge of SAP full life cycle implementations and SAP concepts / capabilities Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills Demonstrated working knowledge of development concepts and the ability to apply them Demonstrated ability to be self-organized and work tasks to closure independently Demonstrated ability to successfully communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
