Job Description

Our client, a property management company, is seeking an experienced RealPage Administrator to support increased workload related to the RealPage Financial Suite and accounting operations. This consultant will play a key role in supporting system functionality, troubleshooting issues, optimizing workflows, and partnering closely with stakeholders to implement improvements within the existing RealPage environment. This is a highly collaborative role supporting daily interaction with a small team of key stakeholders. The ideal candidate will bring deep hands-on expertise with RealPage Financial Suite, including prior experience with setup and configuration, and a strong understanding of accounting-related workflows in a property management environment.

Required Qualifications

Strong hands-on experience as a RealPage Administrator Expert-level experience with RealPage Financial Suite Must have previously set up and configured Financial Suite Experience supporting accounting teams within RealPage Strong understanding of system settings, permissions, and workflow configuration Experience gathering requirements, documenting needs, testing solutions, and implementing changes Knowledge of native RealPage reporting Experience supporting the connection between hardcoded OneSite and Financial Suite Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively in a remote, stakeholder-facing environment Preferred Background Experience in property management Experience supporting financial systems in a real estate or property management setting Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical issues for business users
