About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR and staffing professional with a background in recruitment agency operations and temporary staffing. The role focuses on evaluating applicants, confirming placements, coordinating employee schedules, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate understands client staffing needs, communicates effectively, and takes a proactive approach to resolving problems. This is a remote position with regular weekday hours, along with on-call responsibilities and weekend availability as required.

Key Responsibilities

Assess applicants to determine their suitability for available positions and provide coaching and guidance throughout the recruitment process. Make a high volume of outbound calls to confirm placements. Plan and coordinate daily shifts and schedules for temporary employees. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates. Understand client challenges and align staffing support with their needs. Address staffing issues with a practical, solution-focused approach. Stay connected with HR networks, social media, and talent attraction platforms. Maintain clear communication and respond to staffing requirements with urgency and reliability. Travel between offices and work sites as required.

Required Qualifications

At least 2 years of experience working with a recruitment agency that handles temporary employees. At least 2 years of employment agency recruiting experience. Knowledge of staffing and recruitment practices. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities. Experience assessing applicants and matching candidates to suitable roles. The ability to manage high-volume outbound calls and coordinate staffing schedules. Punctuality, reliability, and a strong sense of urgency. A proactive, problem-solving mindset. Reliable transportation for travel between offices and sites. Willingness to be on call and work weekends as required. Work Arrangement and Employment Details Work arrangement: Remote. Regular schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Shift length: 8 hours. Additional availability: On-call duties and weekends as required. Experience level: 2 years. Salary and Benefits Annual salary: $48,000–$50,000, based on experience (BOE).
