Description for Internal Candidates - Region Manager - Commercial & Industrial Printing - The Region Manager is responsible for leading, coaching, and developing a team of sales professionals focused on achieving revenue, profitability, and market share goals within Ricoh's Commercial & Industrial Printing business. - This role drives strategic sales execution through customer retention, account expansion, and new business acquisition while ensuring alignment with organizational growth objectives. - Key responsibilities include developing and executing regional sales strategies, overseeing territory management, coaching sales team members, and building executive-level relationships with key customers. - The Region Manager partners cross-functionally with Marketing, Pricing, Professional Services, and executive leadership to identify growth opportunities and deliver comprehensive Ricoh solutions. - This leader will play a critical role in strategic account planning, contract negotiations, and the successful execution of Commercial & Industrial Printing initiatives. - The position requires a strong understanding of the Graphic Communications industry, the ability to engage C-suite decision makers, and a proven track record of developing high-performing sales teams.
