Role Description The Relocation Coordinator is a full-time, remote role. This role manages the end-to-end relocation process for clients, including coordinating moves, tracking timelines, and ensuring a smooth transition. The Relocation Coordinator will communicate regularly with clients, agents, and third-party partners, providing updates, resolving issues, and aligning services with client needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include organizing details, maintaining accurate records in internal systems, preparing reports, and supporting mobility programs. The role also involves delivering high-quality customer service, assisting with marketing materials related to relocation services, and contributing to process improvements.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and active listening. Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, with a focus on client satisfaction, responsiveness, and relationship building. Candidates should possess Move Management skills, including coordination of logistics, timeline tracking, and attention to detail. Relevant experience in real estate, relocation services, or property management is beneficial. Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with capacity to handle multiple concurrent moves and priorities. Proficiency with office productivity software and CRM or relocation management systems is preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business, real estate, or a related field is an advantage.
