Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Real Chemistry is hiring a Senior Account Executive for 21GRAMS, its healthcare advertising agency. The role manages client relationships, develops strategies with clients and internal teams, oversees project budgets, anticipates risks, and coordinates workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their needs, objectives, and expectations
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop comprehensive strategies that align with client goals and objectives
• Manage project budgets, track expenses, and provide regular updates to clients on financial status
• Anticipate risks and proactively develop plans to overcome them
• Understand the implications across tactical/business plans and interdependencies between workstreams

• You are proactive, driven, and resourceful with strong prioritization skills and a desire to dive into the data
• You are highly organized self-starter, able to work independently and under tight deadlines
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, or related field
• 1-2 years of experience in Account Management
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical marketing regulations and guidelines (i.e., FDA regulations)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas and concepts
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
