Pathfinders Executive Search is recruiting for an established national provider of communications, technology, security, and connectivity solutions. The Account Executive will develop new business, manage the full sales cycle, and build long-term customer relationships by proposing solutions to customer needs.

Responsibilities

• The Account Executive will identify prospective customers, develop relationships with key decision-makers, understand their business and operational needs, and develop solutions that address those needs
• Prospecting and developing new business
• Building and managing a qualified pipeline
• Conducting discovery and understanding customer requirements
