Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Social Factor is hiring French-language social media community moderators for project-based, temporary, or part-time opportunities. Moderators develop digital communities for client brands and engage with users in real time, including answering questions and helping with troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• The Community Moderator role will work to develop strong, growing, digital communities for some of the world's most well-known brands as work becomes available
• Interact with users in real-time, answering questions and appropriately engaging in discussion and troubleshooting efforts

Skills

• Native-level understanding of French language
• Deep understanding of respective language pop culture, nomenclature, cultural references, and slang
• Able to understand client's brand voice & accurately engage with users
• Previous social media moderation experience is required
• Exceptional organizational, multitasking abilities, and able to follow clear guidelines and workflows
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (ability to mirror voice/tone of multiple brands)
• Excellent spelling and grammar skills
• Strong willingness to learn and think critically; a proactive approach
• High energy with the capability to multitask in a dynamic, rapidly growing organization
• Knowledge of and experience with the major social media platforms: Youtube, FB, X, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc
• Personal computer with minimum of Windows 10 and macOS 12.X
• Personal internet speed requirement of a minimum of 150 mbps
• Live stream moderation is a plus
• Sprinklr certification, Khoros, and/or Sprout Social experience is also a plus
