Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Rentvine is hiring an Account Executive to drive new business for its property management software platform within a regional territory. The role manages the sales cycle from lead generation and product demonstrations through contract close, while collaborating with internal teams and meeting revenue targets.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business growth in your dedicated territory by managing the sales process through inbound and outbound lead generation as well as in-person events and local association chapter meetings
• This role requires territory travel and is expected to be in territory 3-5 business days a month
• Conduct tailored product demos and discovery calls to understand client needs and align our software as the solution
• Manage a pipeline of opportunities using a consultative sales approach from initial contact through contract close
• Collaborate closely with Sales Engineers, BDRs, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless buyer journey
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets and KPIs
• Keep CRM (e.g. HubSpot) updated with accurate opportunity details and client interactions
• Stay up to date on product enhancements, industry trends, and competitor activity

Skills

• 2–5 years of experience in SaaS or software sales (B2B preferred)
• Proven track record of consistently hitting or exceeding sales quotas
• Strong communication and consultative selling skills
• Experience managing a full sales cycle, from cold outreach to close
• Ability to quickly understand technical products and convey their value to a business audience
• Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and sales engagement platforms
• Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills
• Knowledge of common SaaS business models and metrics (ARR, MRR, churn, CAC, etc.)
• Unable to provide employment sponsorship now or in the future for this position
• Property management knowledge is a nice to have but not necessary
