Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Tractian is hiring an Account Executive to acquire net-new commercial and SMB customers in industrial and manufacturing organizations. The role owns the full sales cycle, from prospecting and technical discovery through negotiation and closing, while building business cases and managing pipeline forecasts.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end sales cycle, from cold outreach and initial discovery, to contract negotiation and closing of net-new logos
• Aggressively prospect into target commercial and SMB level accounts
• Run deep technical discoveries and develop high-impact business cases that clearly quantify ROI
• Identify, map, and build champions across multi-stakeholder environments
• Maintain a rigorous, predictable pipeline and accurate forecasting within HubSpot CRM
• Navigate procurement and legal hurdles, and negotiate agreements quickly

Skills

• 1-3 years of full-cycle selling experience, ideally in a commercial or SMB segment, with a proven and consistent track record of success
• A background that is heavily focused on net-new logo acquisition
• Proficiency in using a CRM for account analysis and opportunity management
• Strategic thinking with a focus on revenue growth and market expansion
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Experience in SaaS or Industrial/IoT sales
• Strong knowledge of cloud-based technologies and the broader SaaS landscape
• Prior MEDDPICC, Command of the Message, or other formalized sales enablement
