Framework's client, an unnamed global healthcare technology company, is hiring a Senior Outside Sales Representative to grow sales of medical education technology with educational institutions. The role develops new business, manages accounts, demonstrates products, and achieves sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to grow territory sales and acquire new customers
• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and industry events
• Build relationships with educators, professors, deans, and school administrators
• Deliver product demonstrations, negotiate contracts, and close sales
• Maintain existing accounts and identify upselling opportunities
• Collaborate with and mentor a Junior Sales Representative
• Attend local and national trade shows and client meetings

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field
• Minimum of 5 years of outside sales experience with a proven track record
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Experience with CRM software, Google Workspace, and Microsoft 365
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and collaboratively
• Health sciences preferred
• Salesforce preferred
