Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. ConstructConnect is hiring an Account Executive, Mid-Market to sell its cloud-based SaaS solutions to the commercial construction industry. The role involves demonstrating products, developing prospect relationships, managing sales opportunities, and closing new business.

Responsibilities

• Leverage consultative/solution based selling technique to position the value of our product to potential customers
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the features and benefits of our solutions
• Input and manage prospects and customer data using our CRM
• Acquire and maintain an in-depth knowledge of our suite of products – including ConstructConnect Project Intelligence, ConstructConnect Bid-Management, OnCenter, and Planswift, SmartBid, and iSqFt Bid Management
• Meet/exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas and targets, working directly with manager to track progress and adjust strategies as needed
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline by consistently following up with leads, nurturing relationships, and tracking opportunities through the sales process
• Work closely with other departments, including Business Development, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product, to ensure alignment on goals and strategies
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of competitive landscape

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or related field (OR) 2+ years sales experience in a SaaS environment (OR) 1+ years' experience as a ConstructConnect BDR
• Proven track record of success in a B2B sales or BDR role, preferably within the construction industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-lasting client relationships
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently while also being a team player
• Proficient in using CRM software (Salesforce) and other sales tools
• Knowledge of the construction industry, including an understanding of construction project lifecycles
