Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. American Consumer Shows (ACS) is hiring an Account Manager to renew clients’ booth space at its events. The role focuses on building client loyalty, resolving concerns, and collaborating with the Sales Manager to improve renewal strategies.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients looking to renew their booth space at one of our events, address their concerns, and highlight the value of continued participation
• Foster client loyalty by ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive support and effective problem-solving
• Collaborate with the Sales Manager to analyze customer feedback and fine-tune renewal strategies

• At least two years of experience in an inside sales role
• Excellent time management, prioritization, and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to analyze and solve problems effectively
• Must be tech savvy, extremely computer literate and comfortable working with multiple computer monitors
• Ability to learn, retain, and apply detailed information

• Excellent communication, selling and influencing skills

• Proficiency with Excel, Outlook, Word, and Act! (CRM) is a plus
