Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Solomon Page is recruiting an Account Supervisor to support a leading pharmaceutical brand’s healthcare advertising team. The role leads HCP marketing client relationships and coordinates cross-functional teams to manage account planning, campaign execution, timelines, and deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day client relationships and serve as a trusted point of contact for HCP marketing initiatives
• Partner with cross-functional teams, including creative, strategy, medical, and project management, to ensure alignment and successful execution
• Develop a strong understanding of client objectives, brand priorities, and HCP marketing needs
• Proactively identify challenges, resolve issues, and recommend strategic solutions to keep projects moving forward
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and communications to ensure work meets client expectations
• Facilitate clear communication between clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring priorities and feedback are effectively translated into action
• Contribute strategic thinking to account planning, campaign development, and ongoing client engagement
• Build and maintain strong client partnerships through proactive communication, sound judgment, and consistent follow-through

Skills

• Previous experience in a healthcare advertising or pharmaceutical marketing agency is required
• Demonstrated experience supporting HCP marketing initiatives within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
• Proven client-facing account management experience at the Senior Account Supervisor or comparable level
• Strong communication, presentation, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to think strategically while managing day-to-day account priorities and execution
• Experience collaborating across multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced agency environment
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment while maintaining close collaboration with internal teams
• Availability to work Eastern Time Zone business hours
