Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Clevanoo LLC is hiring an Accounting Administrator for a remote, part-time contract-to-hire role. The role supports recruiting coordination by scheduling interviews, maintaining candidate records, and managing new-hire onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Schedule candidate screenings, interviews, and follow-up meetings across multiple calendars and time zones
• Prepare interview invitations, meeting links, candidate resumes, and scheduling details
• Maintain accurate candidate records, recruiting trackers, and hiring status updates within the applicant tracking system
• Manage onboarding processes, including new hire paperwork and orientation

Skills

• Associates degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2+ years of experience in accounting and/or HR roles
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and HR practices
• Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and HR/payroll systems
• Combined experience preferred
