Rise Data Labs is seeking experienced accounting professionals with hands-on QuickBooks expertise for a short-term AI training and evaluation project. The role involves completing realistic accounting tasks and reviewing AI-generated work for accuracy, completeness, and professional quality.

Responsibilities

• Apply your accounting and QuickBooks expertise to realistic professional tasks
• Review AI-generated work for accuracy, completeness, and professional quality
• Identify errors or gaps and provide clear, expert feedback
• Complete work according to project guidelines and quality standards

Skills

• Have 5+ years of professional accounting experience
• Have 3+ years of substantial, hands-on QuickBooks experience, ideally with QuickBooks Online and/or Desktop
• Have strong practical knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping workflows
• Are comfortable working independently and applying professional expertise to unfamiliar or complex tasks
• Relevant backgrounds may include Accountant, Senior Accountant, Accounting Manager, Controller, Bookkeeper, CPA, or similar roles
• Prior AI training or evaluation experience is a plus
• Sales, account management, or other customer-facing experience is also a plus
