Stacks & Cordials is hiring an Affiliate Marketing Specialist to build and manage affiliate partnerships that drive online orders, catering bookings, and brand awareness. The role recruits and onboards affiliates, monitors program performance, collaborates on promotional campaigns, and recommends ways to improve traffic, revenue, and customer engagement through affiliate channels.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day tasks include identifying and recruiting potential affiliates, onboarding partners, and monitoring performance across affiliate networks and referral platforms
• The specialist will collaborate with marketing to develop promotional campaigns, track key metrics such as click-through and conversion rates, and optimize offers and creatives for better results
• This role also involves maintaining clear communication with affiliates, preparing performance reports, and recommending strategies to increase traffic, revenue, and customer engagement through affiliate channels

Skills

• Candidates should possess strong Affiliate Marketing and Online Marketing skills, including experience managing affiliate programs and referral campaigns
• Candidates should possess solid Digital Marketing and Marketing skills, with familiarity in performance tracking, campaign optimization, and basic analytics tools
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including clear written communication and the ability to build and maintain partner relationships
• Candidates should possess strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple partners, campaigns, and deadlines in a remote contract setting
• Ability to work independently, interpret data, and make actionable recommendations to improve program performance
• Associate or bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Experience with affiliate platforms, tracking systems, and reporting dashboards is beneficial
• Background in food service, hospitality, or consumer brands is a plus but not required
