The role centers on Snowflake, Generative AI, RAG, AI agents, and retrieval and evaluation workflows that produce reliable, data-grounded responses.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI-powered data solutions using Snowflake
• Build Generative AI and Retrieval-Augmented Generation solutions
• Develop and support AI agent workflows
• Implement vector search capabilities for retrieval-based AI solutions
• Utilize Snowflake Cortex AI to develop AI-powered data and analytics solutions
• Develop semantic data models to support AI and analytics use cases
• Design and optimize SQL supporting data and AI workflows
• Develop prompts and prompt-engineering strategies for Generative AI applications
• Implement guardrails to support reliable AI interactions
• Develop evaluation approaches for AI-generated responses
• Build solutions designed to produce grounded AI responses based on relevant data
• Collaborate across data and technical teams to deliver scalable AI solutions

Skills

• Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States and eligible for W2 employment
• Advanced experience with Snowflake
• Strong experience with Snowflake AI solutions and Snowflake Cortex AI
• Hands-on experience developing Generative AI solutions
• Experience designing and implementing RAG architectures
• Advanced experience developing AI agents and agent-based workflows
• Strong SQL expertise
• Experience developing semantic data models
• Experience implementing vector search
