The role supports AI system quality by applying evaluation guidelines, identifying issues, providing written feedback, and completing content evaluation and data labeling tasks.

Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate AI-generated images, videos, text, and documents
• Assess content quality, accuracy, consistency, and adherence to evaluation guidelines
• Identify errors, inconsistencies, and areas requiring improvement
• Provide clear written feedback explaining evaluation decisions
• Apply detailed quality standards consistently across review tasks
• Complete assigned content evaluation and data labeling activities independently
• Contribute to improving AI model performance through accurate assessments

Skills

• Bachelor's degree completed or currently in progress
• At least 1 year of relevant experience reviewing or evaluating work against established standards, or equivalent experience
• Excellent written English and reading comprehension
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and critical judgment
• Ability to follow detailed written guidelines independently
• Comfortable evaluating visual, creative, or technical content
• Must be based in the United States or Canada
