Rocio Camacho-Farmers Insurance Agency is hiring a Bilingual Insurance Sales Representative to generate appointments and market insurance products and services. The role makes outbound calls, develops quotes and sales presentations, closes sales, and works toward new-business production goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales
• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established
• Call prospective customers by operating telephones, automatic dialing systems, and other internet technologies
• Grow sales revenue by utilizing phone, email, and potential client lists

Skills

• Bilingual English/Spanish (MANDATORY)
• A Property and Casualty Insurance License is required
• Proficiency in multi-task, follow-thru, and follow-up
• Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills
• Be capable of handling customer rejection
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
