Element451 is hiring a Brand & Marketing Designer to steward and evolve its brand design system and bring its AI platform and products to life through clear, memorable visuals. The role partners with marketing, product, sales, leadership, and external creative teams across digital, product marketing, events, and motion design.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the Element451 brand design system, and set the quality bar for everything external-facing
• Build templates, tools, and AI skills that help teams across the company create on-brand work on their own
• Partner with our product team to create a visual product hierarchy that carries across all of our assets
• Own the design of our website, social channels, email, and other digital properties
• Serve as the in-house design partner to our web development agency
• Design landing pages and paid creative for campaigns, gated content, and product launches
• Partner with product marketing to bring launches to life through product visuals, launch creative, and feature pages
• Turn complex AI and product concepts into clear diagrams, product shots, and visual stories
• Own the visual design of our sales deck and sales collateral
• Own the visual identity of Engage, our flagship conference, and the events under the Engage umbrella
• Design booth environments, print, and swag for industry conferences
• Build and maintain a motion design system that keeps our brand consistent in every video
• Create motion graphics, animated product screens, and short-form social video
• Partner with video production teams on graphics packages from concept through final cut

Skills

• 5 to 10 years of brand or marketing design experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or technology
• A portfolio that shows range, craft, and systems thinking
• Experience building brand systems and templates that scale across channels and teams
• Experience contributing to a rebrand or brand refresh
• Ability to turn complex technical ideas into clear visuals
• Hands-on motion design and short-form video editing skills
• Experience working with developers or web agencies to ship polished pages
• You don't need to code
• Experience managing outside creative partners
• Comfort with AI-assisted design workflows, and good judgment about where AI helps and where it doesn't
• Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities without lowering the bar
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with stakeholders at every level
• Higher education experience
• Experience with HubSpot and common CMS platforms
• Experience with Notion
• Lottie, Jitter, or Rive for lightweight animation
• Frame.io or similar video review tools
