• Evaluate and compare multiple chatbot responses against defined business criteria
• Analyze business requirements, workflows, and processes
• Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement
• Provide clear, structured final assessments and recommendations
• Prepare relevant reports and documentation

Skills

• 3+ years of Business Analyst experience
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools
• Experience with requirements gathering and process mapping
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
• Ability to objectively evaluate and compare chatbot responses
