The company is seeking a Business Development Manager to develop, manage, and grow relationships with residential solar installers across the Southeast, drive adoption of financing products, and support PV hardware and energy storage sales. The role also oversees partner onboarding, business reviews, growth planning, and strategic relationship development.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for installer leadership
• Drive adoption of TPO and other finance products
• Support PV module and ESS solutions sales
• Educate partners on pricing, incentives, and new product offerings
• Conduct regular business reviews with partners
• Build long-term growth plans with installer leadership
• Identify opportunities to deepen partner relationships

Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business development, channel sales, or account management
• Experience in residential solar, renewable energy, financing, or related industries
• Strong relationship management and consultative sales skills
• Ability to analyze business performance and identify growth opportunities
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree
• Extensive TPO sales experience
• Residential solar financing experience (TPO focus)
• Knowledge of residential PV and ESS systems
