Remote Business Development Representative – Recruitment Sales | Commission Only Remote – U.S. | Flexible Schedule | Uncapped Earning Potential About Desort Desort is a recruitment and staffing firm serving the dental, medical, veterinary, optometry, legal, and other professional industries. We are looking for a motivated sales hunter to bring in new employer clients and grow our business nationwide. This is a sales and client acquisition role, not a recruiting role. Important: This is a 100% commission-only opportunity. There is no base salary, hourly pay, or guaranteed compensation. Earnings depend entirely on the business you generate.

What You'll Do

Make consistent, high-volume outbound calls to prospective clients. Contact business owners, HR leaders, hiring managers, and decision-makers. Use cold calling, email, and LinkedIn to generate new business. Identify hiring needs and introduce Desort's recruitment services. Follow up with prospects and convert opportunities into paying clients. Build and manage your own sales pipeline. Who We're Looking For Experience in B2B sales, cold calling, business development, or staffing sales. Comfortable with outbound prospecting, rejection, and persistent follow-up. Confident speaking with business owners and decision-makers. Self-motivated, independent, and results-driven. Comfortable working entirely on commission with no guaranteed income. Recruitment sales experience is preferred. Spanish/English bilingual skills are a plus. Compensation & Benefits 100% commission-based, with no base salary or guaranteed pay.
