Circle Logistics is hiring a Business Development Specialist to generate new business and grow national customer accounts in auto hauling and logistics. The role manages the full sales cycle, from prospecting and closing to onboarding, shipment monitoring, and ongoing account management.

Responsibilities

• Cold call, hunt, and convert new national accounts
• Build and grow your book through strategic outreach and solution selling
• Strengthen customer relationships through proactive service & communication
• Negotiate customer pricing and carrier rates to protect profitability
• Monitor daily shipments and maintain a “No Fail” service mindset
• Develop tailored logistics solutions that meet customer requirements
• Collaborate with leadership on pricing, service expectations, and onboarding
• Serve as the primary point of contact for your portfolio — start to finish

Skills

• 1–3 years of logistics, brokerage, or transportation sales experience
• Proven comfort with cold calling and outbound business development
• Strong negotiation and account management skills
• Ability to work independently while staying aligned with team goals
• Tech-savvy with TMS/CRM platforms, Google Workspace, and Excel
• Clear and professional communication — verbal & written
• Organized, accountable, and customer-focused
