Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. AO Globe Life is hiring a remote Client Success Consultant to help members understand life, accident, and supplemental benefit options. The role supports members through recommendations, applications and enrollment, policy-related service, and ongoing assistance.

Responsibilities

• Meet with members virtually through Zoom and phone appointments
• Connect with individuals from our provided member database
• Identify each member's needs, priorities, and concerns
• Explain available life, accident, and supplemental benefit options
• Answer questions clearly and professionally
• Recommend appropriate coverage solutions based on individual needs
• Guide eligible members through applications and enrollment
• Maintain communication throughout the application process
• Conduct policy reviews and assist with beneficiary updates
• Provide ongoing customer service after coverage is established
• Assist members with policy-related questions and claims guidance
• Maintain accurate digital records and documentation
• Follow applicable company procedures, state regulations, and ethical standards

• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
