The company is seeking a Cloud Ops Manager / Site Reliability Engineer to administer and support AWS and GCP environments, automate deployments, monitor applications, and manage production incidents. The role also involves troubleshooting distributed systems and applying cloud security, networking, identity management, and infrastructure best practices.

Skills

• ·5+ years of experience in Cloud Operations, DevOps Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or Infrastructure Engineering roles
• ·Hands-on experience administering AWS environments in production
• ·Experience supporting Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environments
• ·Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and release management
• ·Experience with application monitoring, alerting, and incident management platforms such as , Datadog, New Relic, Grafana, or similar tools
• ·Experience troubleshooting production applications and distributed systems
• ·Working knowledge of networking, cloud security, identity management, and infrastructure best practices
• ·Experience with scripting and automation using Python, Bash, PowerShell, or similar technologies
• ·Strong communication skills and ability to interact with technical and executive stakeholders
• ·Experience in healthcare or regulated environments
• ·Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation
• ·Knowledge of containerization technologies including Docker and Kubernetes
• ·Experience building cloud governance, security, and monitoring frameworks
• ·Familiarity with application security and DevSecOps practices
• ·Experience supporting SaaS platforms
