The Cloud Program Manager will lead end-to-end GCP transformation and migration programs, coordinating multiple workstreams, stakeholders, and delivery teams while managing governance, risks, finances, reporting, and business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex GCP transformation, migration, modernization, and AI/cloud adoption programs
• Manage program governance, delivery planning, RAID management, financial tracking, and executive reporting
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, product owners, and business stakeholders
• Drive stakeholder engagement across, customer, and partner organizations
• Ensure timely delivery, risk mitigation, quality assurance, and achievement of business outcomes
• Maintain PMO hygiene, project plans, dashboards, and program documentation
• Support executive steering committees and program reviews

Skills

• 10+ years of Program/Project Management experience
• 5+ years managing Cloud Transformation or GCP programs
• Strong knowledge of Cloud Platform (GCP) services and cloud migration methodologies
• Experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams and global delivery teams
• Expertise in Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery models
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Smartsheet, Confluence, or similar PM tools
