Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. ReSource Pro is hiring a Commercial Lines Insurance Account Manager to serve as the main point of contact and technical expert for a client book of business. The role manages policy renewals and new business, grows customer accounts, provides insurance guidance, and coordinates with service delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage small books of business for commercial lines insurance clients
• Drive customer retention and market additional lines of coverage to grow business and properly insure risks
• Evaluate carrier relationships, commercial insurance products, and market placement
• Provide quality and timely service to customers and clients
• Research, provide recommendations and implement ReSource Pro solutions for clients
• Work in a variety of Agency Management Systems to complete tasks
• Lead day-to-day customer interactions
• Use your subject matter expertise to consult with customers and advise colleagues
• Gather information about client needs and insurance solutions
• Collaborate with coworkers and supervisors to meet client needs and contribute to achievement of internal team goals

Skills

• All candidates must reside in the U.S. to be considered for this position
• 5+ years Property and Casualty insurance experience or related coverage experience in a retail agency or service center
• Active Resident Property and Casualty insurance license required
• Microsoft Office Proficiency - Excel required
• Experience working in Agency Management System required
• Ability to adapt and succeed within a team-oriented environment
• Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
• Industry designations preferred such as CPCU, CIC, CISR, ARM
