The Commercial Lines Assistant Account Manager will support account managers, sales staff, and clients with customer service and policy-related tasks, while maintaining customer records.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for supporting Account Managers, sales team, and team members
• Provide excellent customer service
• Complete client service tasks related to new business applications, renewal, policies
• Respond to clients by email, and phone, in a timely manner
• Maintain and update customer files and database

Skills

• You have customer service experience in the insurance space
• You are proficient with EPIC
• P&C license is required
• You are knowledgeable of insurance terminology
• Excellent communication, organization, and administrative skills
