First Citizens Bank is hiring a Commercial Product Manager III to support development of commercial banking product solutions and help advance product vision and strategy. The role represents user needs to technology teams, manages product priorities and backlog, and coordinates delivery with product, technology, digital, and business partners.

Responsibilities

• Product Execution and Development - Contribute to development of product features and/or assisting with program mgt. Includes documenting requirements, processes, controls, risks, and business objectives, with the support of a senior PM. Ability to display end-to-end thinking and awareness of upstream and downstream impacts on delivery. Develop requirements, prioritize backlog, manage roadmap and communicate across the enterprise. Support development of goals in a clear, actionable format that can be used to communicate with the team and drive product delivery. lead technical and delivery teams in executing user stories and broader initiatives
• Cross-functional Collaboration - Collaborate with other teams to ensure alignment between product, business, and organizational needs. Build and foster strong relationships with various departments to ensure smooth product development. Learn about functional roles and responsibilities, and implementation processes used to deliver across FCB ecosystem
• Customer Requirements Gathering - Engage with clients and internal teams to identify and prioritize product features and improvements
• Regulatory compliance - Develop a basic understanding of relevant banking regulations and internal compliance standards required to ensure smooth development
• Program Management and Product Roadmap - Contribute to the development of product roadmaps. Support program management routines. Deepen understanding of program and project management best practices
