The Lead Security Systems Solutions Engineer leads the technical vision and execution of the company’s security technology infrastructure, guiding the design, integration, and maintenance of complex systems. The role also evaluates new tools and leads and mentors the Solutions Engineering team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the architecture and integration of security systems for scalability
• Evaluate and implement emerging security technologies, including AI-driven tools
• Establish and enforce technical standards and security protocols
• Act as the primary intake for security engineering projects, managing their lifecycle
• Develop and mentor the Solutions Engineering team, balancing workloads

Skills

• Experience in architecture or technical leadership roles
• Hands-on experience with access control, video management, and visitor management platforms
• Proven project and program management capabilities
• Experience in the studio production, entertainment, or technology industries
