Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Y-12 Credit Union is hiring a Compliance Administrator to support credit union compliance, vendor management, and business continuity. The role researches regulatory issues, coordinates reviews and testing, maintains systems and documentation, and provides guidance to departments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate vendor due diligence reviews and risk assessments, working directly with decision makers across the credit union
• Support business continuity through department reviews, annual testing, training, meetings, and documentation
• Review disclosures and agreements, research potential compliance issues, and help determine how regulations apply
• Turn regulatory information into clear, useful guidance for departments across the organization
• Maintain compliance, vendor management, and business continuity systems, records, policies, procedures, and user access
• Track audit and exam responses and supporting documentation to make sure information is accurate, current, and complete

Skills

• You bring 3-5 years of financial institution experience and a broad understanding of credit union compliance and regulatory requirements
• You're organized, comfortable working independently, and able to communicate professionally with people at different levels of the organization
• Most importantly, you have the judgment to work through a problem, make decisions within your scope, and know when you need to bring someone else into the conversation
