About This Position Build relationships with individuals and families who have requested information about insurance coverage. You'll work with a steady flow of incoming requests, follow up with interested prospects, and help them find coverage that fits their needs and budget. What You'll Do

• Contact warm leads who have requested information about insurance coverage
• Build rapport with individuals and families to understand their needs and priorities
• Explain available coverage options, benefits, and costs in clear, straightforward language
• Recommend suitable plans based on each customer's needs and budget
• Guide interested customers through applications and enrollment
• Follow up with prospects, answer questions, and maintain ongoing communication
• Keep accurate records of conversations, applications, and follow-up activity
