About the Opportunity: The REMOTE CUSTOMER SERVICE PROFESSIONAL role is designed to deliver high-quality customer support through inbound and outbound calls. This position focuses on ensuring seamless customer interactions, accurate data entry, and maintaining satisfaction, thereby contributing to the efficient operation of multiple client programs. The role is essential for sustaining customer engagement and service excellence within the program.
