Registered Agent Solutions Inc. is hiring a Customer Service Representative to manage clients’ annual report portfolios and related compliance filings. The role handles customer inquiries and issues, annual report submissions and follow-up, client onboarding, record maintenance, and coordination with internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Respond to a wider range of customer inquiries about RASi's services and the role of a registered agent
• Resolve moderately complex customer issues and complaints
• Efficiently manage the annual report submission process based on RASi’s proprietary database and worksite
• Efficiently manage the follow-up of Reporting issues, including obtaining required client data, signatures, and supporting documents
• Efficiently manage the onboarding of Annual Report Services clients
• Responsible for effectively communicating with other RASi teams regarding delays, issues, or other blocks in the compliance process
• Document and escalate unresolved issues as needed
• Update and maintain customer records
• Conduct follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction
• Adhere to compliance and quality standards

Skills

• 1 yr+ minimum in role with similar skills/responsibilities plus 1 yr+ similar background/industry
• Must be a positive team player and be able to effectively communicate with colleagues and clients
• You are required to multi-task, accept directions well, possess a strong attention to detail and manage your time wisely
• Can handle moderately complex issues effectively
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills are required
• Manages time and tasks efficiently
• Good understanding of multiple product/service features
• Computer literacy and able to learn the use of new software with ease
• Knowledge of quality assurance standards
