Key Responsibilities

• Patient Engagement: Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries from patients seeking assistance with prescription savings programs. Provide clear, concise explanations of program requirements and enrollment steps.
• Eligibility Verification: Collect and review patient financial records, insurance information, and medical documentation. Cross‑reference data against program guidelines to determine eligibility for assistance or discount tiers.
• Order Processing: Process specialty medication orders, including obtaining necessary authorizations, documenting approvals, and coordinating with pharmacy partners to ensure timely delivery.
• Compassionate Communication: Maintain a professional, empathetic tone with all patients, especially those who may be frustrated or anxious about their medication costs. Employ de‑escalation techniques to resolve concerns effectively.
• Documentation & Escalation: Accurately record all interactions in the brighthush CRM. Identify and report adverse events or product quality complaints in accordance with client and regulatory guidelines.
• Compliance & Quality Assurance: Adhere to established processes, procedures, and regulations related to medication ordering, distribution, and patient communication. Participate in periodic audits and quality reviews.
• Continuous Learning: Complete the 10‑day certification program and stay current on program updates, policy changes, and new medication offerings.
