The role combines customer support—solving problems and answering questions—with identifying opportunities to deliver additional value through sales.

Responsibilities

• As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers—helping solve problems, answer questions, and identify opportunities to deliver additional value
• This role combines customer service and sales, giving you the ability to directly impact both customer experience and your earning potential

Skills

• 1+ year customer service or call center experience
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to navigate multiple systems and handle high call volume
• Comfortable identifying sales opportunities while supporting customers
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
