AFC Industries is hiring a Customer Support Team Member to support its Account Management team and ensure customer requests, order activity, and administrative processes are completed accurately and efficiently. The role reviews contracts, enters and maintains orders, monitors the order board, and communicates potential issues to help prevent customer impact.
