The specialist is expected to manage workload independently, meet deadlines, and handle sensitive information in a confidential and secure manner.

Qualifications

Strong data entry skills, including fast and accurate typing, attention to detail, and consistent data validation practices. Proficiency with office and productivity software (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing, online collaboration tools) and basic database use. Effective time management, organization, and ability to prioritize tasks in a remote, part-time environment. Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to follow instructions and document processes. High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential or sensitive information. Previous experience in data entry, administration, or similar roles is preferred but not mandatory. Basic understanding of Spanish or local regulations related to prevention services is a plus.
